Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as job postings, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and providing logistical support throughout the interview process.
Employment Branding: Promoting the organization as an employer of choice through compelling messaging and effective employer branding strategies
Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process by facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork and providing new hires with a positive introduction to the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Knowledge of HR practices and laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and analytical abilities
Problem-solving aptitude
